BEFORE CLAIMING THIS PROMOTION IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY AS THEY CONTAIN IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE TERMS ON WHICH THIS PROMOTION CAN BE CLAIMED. These terms and conditions apply to this Instant Spins Promotion (the “Promotion“). They should be read alongside the General Casino Bonus Terms & Conditions and our General Website Terms & Conditions. These terms can be accessed HERE and HERE.

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

1. This Promotion is available to Eligible Players (as defined below) daily from 00:00 – 23:59 (UK time) on 19th February 2022 and running until further notice. (the “Promotional Period”).

WHO QUALIFIES FOR THIS PROMOTION

2. The Promotion is available to customers of ladbrokes.com (the “Website”) who:
   1. have a verified Website account;
   2. are over 18 years of age; and
   3. are eligible to receive Website promotions. (an “Eligible Player”).
3. An Eligible Player cannot enter this Promotion if they are accessing the Website from a restricted country. A list of countries from which an Eligible Player may access their Website account can be found HERE.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROMOTION

4. To participate in this Promotion an Eligible Player must:
   1. log in to their Website Account;
   2. access the “Instant Spins” promotional landing page during the Promotional Period; and
   3. spin the “Instant Spins” promotional wheel.
5. By spinning the promotional wheel, Eligible Players can win rewards.
6. Rewards available include; Free Spins, Cash, Casino Bonus, Free Bet or Bingo Ticket. Rewards can vary daily.
7. If the Reward does not appear automatically in the Eligible Player’s Website account, the Eligible Player should contact our Customer Services team HERE before placing any bets.
8. An Eligible Player can only take part in the Promotion once a day during the Promotional Period.
9. An Eligible Player can only receive a maximum of one (1) reward per spin of the promotional wheel.

CASH REWARD SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

10. If an Eligible Player is awarded a Cash reward, they will receive the amount which is revealed to them from their spin.
11. Cash rewards vary and range from a minimum of £0.50 to a maximum of £100.
12. An Eligible Player’s Cash reward will be automatically credited to their Website account.

CASINO BONUS REWARD SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

13. 13. If an Eligible Player is awarded a Casino Bonus Reward, they will receive a Casino Bonus of £1 for one of the games in the pop up.
    14. The Wagering Requirements for this Casino Bonus Reward are as follows:

A WAGERING REQUIREMENT OF 1 TIMES THE CASINO BONUS REWARD AMOUNT. For example: £1 BONUS = £1 WAGERING.

13. The above Wagering Requirements for the Casino Bonus Reward must be met within seven (7) days of being credited to an Eligible Player’s Website account. If the Wagering requirements are not met within seven (7) days, any funds in an Eligible Player’s Bonus Balance wallet and/or Pending Winnings wallet will be forfeited and will not be re-issued.
14. An Eligible Player can withdraw the funds in their Cash Balance wallet at any time before the necessary Wagering Requirements have been met (whilst their Casino Bonus is active). If an Eligible Player elects to withdraw the funds in their Cash Balance wallet at any time before the necessary Wagering Requirements are met, they will forfeit any winnings in their Bonus Balance wallet and/or Pending Winnings wallet.
15. This Casino Bonus Reward can be used on the selected games shown in an Eligible Player’s pop up only.
16. The Casino Bonus Reward cannot be used on any other Website game.
17. Stakes placed on any other Website game(s) will not contribute towards the necessary Wagering Requirements for the Casino Bonus reward.

FREE SPINS SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

20. If an Eligible Player is awarded with Free Spins, they can receive up to a maximum of five (5) Free Spins.
21. Free Spins will automatically be credited to the Eligible Player’s Website account.
22. An Eligible Player will only be able to use their Free Spins on the games in the pop up.
23. Depending on the game that an Eligible Player uses their Free Spins on, each Free Spin will have a value ranging from £0.10 to a maximum of £2.
24. An Eligible Player must use their Free Spins within seven (7) days of the Free Spins being credited to their Website account otherwise they will expire and will not be re-issued.
25. There are no cash alternatives to the Free Spins.
26. Free Spins have no wagering requirements.
27. Any winnings obtained from the Free Spins will be paid in cash.

BINGO TICKET REWARD

28. If an Eligible Player is awarded a Bingo Ticket, they will receive a Bingo Ticket for any Bingo Room (except Fluffy Favourites Bingo Room).
29. Each Free Bingo Ticket gives an Eligible Player one entry into any Bingo Room (except Fluffy Favourites Bingo Room), where the ticket price of the bingo game is £0.01 – £0.10.
30. If an Eligible Player is awarded with a Bingo ticket, it will automatically be credited to their Website account.
31. An Eligible Player must use their Bingo Ticket within seven (7) days of the Bingo Ticket being credited to their Website account otherwise they will expire and will not be re-issued.
32. Winnings that accrued from the Free Bingo Tickets will be credited as real cash.
33. There are no wagering requirements for the winnings accrued from the Free Bingo Tickets.

FREE BET SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

34. If an Eligible Player is awarded with a Free Bet, they will receive a Free Bet for the value of £1.
35. An Eligible Player will have 7 days to use the £1 Free Bet. After this time it will be removed and will not be re-issued.
36. The £1 Free Bet is for use on any Sportsbook market.
37. Free Bets cannot be redeemed for cash at any time.
38. An Eligible Player cannot cash out their Free Bet.
39. Maximum one Free Bet per Eligible Player.
40. Please note the value of the Free Bet will not be included in any winnings.
41. The Free Bet is not returned if the Free Bet wager becomes void.
42. The same maximum payout restrictions as set out in our General Website Terms & Conditions will equally apply to this promotion.

OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS

44. The Promoter may place restrictions on your account, including deposit restrictions, in order to comply with its legal and regulatory obligations. The Promoter will not be responsible should these restrictions affect your ability to complete the requirements of this Promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefits, rewards or prizes.
45. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this Promotion from anyone who does not qualify and/or is excluded from receiving its offers or promotions under the General Website Terms & Conditions.
46. Where the Promoter suspects that a player is guilty of fraudulent activity, the Promoter reserves the right to suspend or remove that player from the Promotion and/or suspend that player’s account and/or suspend the Promotion pending further investigation.
47. The Promoter reserves the right to change or end any promotion at any time, if required for legal and/or regulatory reasons.
48. This Promotion will remain available to Eligible Players until such time as the Promoter chooses to withdraw it. The withdrawal of this Promotion will not impact you if this Promotion is Active at the time of withdrawal by us. Please remember you will have a specified time limit to complete the applicable Wagering Requirements in accordance with the section headed “Wagering Requirements for the Casino Bonus reward” above.
